Wilcox, 93, the son of Lyvene and Fern Hoins Wilcox, was born May 7, 1927, at Guide Rock. He died May 19, at Autumn Care Center in Marshville, N.C. Duane Harold McCauley, 65, formerly of Edgar, was born Aug. 20, 1954, to Harold and Jennie (Hoffman) McCauley at Fairfield. He died June 4, at Sutton when a parked pickup truck with a stock trailer rolled backward and hit him. He was checking to see if the lights were working and asked a friend to turn the key of the pickup on. The truck was in gear and rolled backward hitting him. Gary Lynn Luben, 75, the son of Merlin and Muriel (Fraka) Luben, was born May 4, 1945, in O’Neill, Neb. He died June 2, at the Holmes Lake Rehabilitation Care Center at Lincoln, Neb. Gary was an Army veteran. He was a heavy equipment operator working construction. His hobbies included racing, softball and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merlin and Muriel.
