    Cole Troudt was the highlight reel for the Lawrence-Nelson track and field teams at Friday’s Superior Invitational in Superior. Troudt established a new school record in the 3200 meter run, breaking the old record set by Emmet Fanning in 2013 by six seconds.     The Lawrence-Nelson High School golf team brought home a fifth-place finish from the Sandy Creek Invitational played at the Crooked Creek Country Club, Clay Center, Friday.     The Rock Hills High School golf team traveled to Tipton Monday for the Northern Plains League Tournament. The 18-hole matches were played at the Tipton Oaks Golf Course. Competitors were entered into A, eighth grade, and B, seventh grade, groups. The teams were at the Southern Cloud Invitational Tuesday.     The Rock Hills High School boys and girls track and field teams visited Osborne Friday for the Kaser Relays. The boys team finished in seventh place in the 18 team field with 28 points.
