    The Superior High School boys and girls track and filed teams traveled to Hebron Thursday for the Thayer Central Invitational. The girls team took second place, with 78 points, in the 12 team field. Other teams at the meet were Fairbury, Sutton, Lincoln Christian, Thayer Central, Sandy Creek, Johnson County Central, Bruning-Davenport-Shickley, Deshler, Fillmore Central, Harvard and Southern.     Mother Nature wreaked havoc on the Superior Invitational golf match scheduled for Thursday at the Superior Country Club. Overnight snow and gusty winds led Kirk Utecht, head coach and country club superintendent, to cancel the event. The team was able to play a nine-hole quadrangular match with Lawrence-Nelson, Bruning-Davenport-Shickley and Red Cloud last Tuesday when the temperature reached 80 degrees.     Dr. Carroll T. Moore, age 81, of Amarillo, Texas, died March 29, 2022, in Amarillo. Carroll Truett Moore was born Jan. 27, 1941, in San Antonio, Texas, to Truett and Pearl (Fawcett) Moore.
