    Six hundred, eighty-seven students were awarded the Nebraska State FFA Degree at the 95th annual Nebraska FFA State Convention held March 29 through 31. The State FFA Degree is the highest degree bestowed by the Nebraska FFA.     The Sandy Creek Public Schools, located in rural Fairfield, went into lockdown Tuesday. A student was reportedly threatened and the threat was deemed an outside credible threat by authorities. The schools were placed on lockdown. Officers from the Clay County Sheriffs office, the Nebraska State Patrol and off-duty law enforcement officers arrived on the scene.
