    Tuesday morning patrons of the Superior School district were notified the Superior Public Schools had extended the time the facilities will be closed through April 30. This decision was said to have been made with guidance from the Nebraska Department of Education, the state health department, and other schools within Educational Service Unit 9.     The Natural Resources Conservation Service office in Nelson is now closed and not because of the coronavirus. Services that were once provided by the Nelson field office have been relocated to the agency’s Clay Center, Neb., office.     The Kansas Department of Transportation hasbegun a mill and overlay project on U.S. 81, beginning at the Cloud-Ottawa county line and continuing north for approximately three miles.
