Annis Maxine Fair Hill, age 78, of Sulphur Springs died Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at Wesley House in Sulphur Springs. Annis was born on March 6, 1943, in Mankato, Kan., the daughter of Forrest Fair and Sara Maxine Jacobs Fair. She married Dr. Fred Hill. He preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 2021. Connie Jean Raess was born June 9, 1948, in Deshler, Neb., to Henry and Esther (Hoops) Loontjer. She died Saturday March 19, 2022, at her home in Carleton, Neb., surrounded by her family.
