    Candace D. Klaasmeyer, the daughter of Marilyn June (Munsinger) and Dayre Marion Williams, was born Oct. 8, 1950, at Council Bluffs, Iowa. She died on Wednesday, March 3,at the Banner Del Webb Hospital in Sun City, Ariz. Candace grew up in Clarinda, Iowa and graduated from Clarinda High School in May of 1968. She went on to earn an associates degree from Iowa Western Community College in Clarinda in 1970. Candace spent a summer in Superior as the swimming pool manager.     Frank R. Krob, 98, the son of Frank J. Krob and Barbara (Havel) Krob, was born Oct. 10, 1922, in Cuba, Kan. He died at his home in Belleville, on March 2. Frank grew up in the Cuba area, attending the country schools and later graduating from Cuba High School. On March 10, 1942, he was united in marriage to Bessie Anna Havel.
