    The South Heartland District Health Department will be hosting a Stepping On class in Superior from 1 to 2:30 p.m., March 14, as part of an ongoing district-wide effort to reduce falls in older adults.     The Lawrence-Nelson High School boys basketball team hopes for a deep post-season run were dashed by the Sandy Creek Cougars in the opening round of sub-district D-1 6 play last Tuesday at Kenesaw.     The Rock Hills High School girls basketball team scored 76 points in their win over Lakeside, 76-57, at Downs, Friday. This was their highest scoring game of the season. It also marked the first time since 2010 that the team has won a post-season game. They advanced in sub-state 1A-D1 play to the semi-final round.
