    On Feb. 8, the Wildcats played an away game against the Sandy Creek Cougars. The Wildcats boys team led most of the first two quarters, but lost momentum after half time. The Cats lost with a score of 35-46. Conner Blackstone led the Wildcats with 12 points, all coming from three pointers. Jackson Gilbert scored 10 points, with two three-pointers.     Saturday the Lady Cats played an away game against Milford. The Cats struggled at the start of the game, but quickly gained momentum to win all four quarters.The Cats outscored Milford 57-30. Kalynn Meyer led the Lady Cats with 25 points, while Shayla Meyer scored 18. Shayla Meyer made two three-pointers, and Sierra Blackburn made one.     On Friday, the Wildcat wrestlers went to Thayer Central to participate in the Thayer Central Meet. The Cats wrestled throughout the day, not getting finished until after 1 a.m. All the wrestlers did well in their weight divisions. Payton Christiancy and Hayden Neeman both took home medals for their efforts. Payton Christiancy wrestled in 285 and received second place. Hayden Neeman wrestled at 106, and received fourth.     On Saturday, the Wildcats played another away game at Sandy Creek. The Cats started strong, ending the first quarter with 19 points to the Cougars 0. Scoring 21 more points in the second quarter, 12 in the third, and nine in the fourth, this was a high scoring game. The Wildcats won with a score of 61-14.     At Hebron, the Superior Lady Cats played the Thayer Central Titans Friday. The Cat’s record was 8-1 while the Titan’s was 6-3 before the game. The Cats lead in the first two quarters, leaving the halftime score at 27-22.     On Saturday, the Wildcats swept the Fillmore Central Panthers at home, winning all four games of the night including the boys and girls junior varsity and varsity matches. Before the game, the Ladycats were 8-2 and the Panthers were 10-2 losing to St.Cecilia and Adam Central. The Panthers were missing some important players to injuries.
